BG Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Senior Transaction Manager to oversee complex real estate transactions for national/global clients. You will drive portfolio optimization, lead negotiations with brokers, and provide data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.

You will mentor junior team members, develop multi-year plans, and ensure compliance across states. Strong financial analysis and stakeholder management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in any field is required.
• Active real estate license or ability to obtain one within one month of hire.
• 5+ years of corporate real estate experience, with significant involvement in transaction management.
• Experience managing complex, multi-market, or high-value real estate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of portfolio strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Negotiate terms for leases, sales, purchases, and subleases with internal/external brokers.
• Oversee broker selection, transaction parameters, and client alignment.
• Conduct financial analyses and modeling to support recommendations.
• Mentor junior team members and support cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with state and regulatory real estate requirements.
