Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in any field.
• Active real estate license or ability to obtain one within one month of hire.
• Preferred: Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of portfolio strategies aligned with client business and real estate objectives.
• Negotiate lease, sale, purchase, and sublease terms with internal and external brokers.
• Oversee broker selection, communicate transaction parameters, and ensure client alignment.
• Manage high-value transactions with timeliness and strategic focus.
• Conduct sophisticated financial analyses, models and scenario analyses to support recommendations.
• Monitor revenue forecasting and budget impacts related to transactions.
• Maintain transaction databases and deliver clear updates to senior stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members and coordinators.
