Job summary
JLL is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive financial excellence across our global real estate platform. You will build advanced financial models for real estate investments, lead monthly closes, and partner with senior leaders to influence investment strategies and operational efficiency.
This remote role requires a Bachelor's in Finance or related field, 6+ years of experience, strong Excel skills, and outstanding communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- MBA/CPA/CFA or other relevant certification preferred.
- Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for real estate investments, acquisitions, and portfolio analysis.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, variance analyses, and executive dashboards for strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with Operations, Sourcing, and other teams to analyze performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
- Lead monthly and quarterly close processes, including budget vs. actual analyses and forecasting updates.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support client presentations and internal initiatives.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.
