Job summary

This role requires 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in real estate, and a Bachelor’s degree. You will monitor metrics, drive hiring goals, and maintain a positive candidate experience, while travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and work experience.
• 5+ years’ recruiting experience required (within the real estate industry strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated success recruiting high-performing sales talent.
• Experience using Courted, recruiting software
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms.
• Ability to travel within the assigned area’s footprint.

Responsibilities

• Execute and adapt established recruitment strategies to attract new and experienced real estate agents.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for real estate agents.
• Drive recruiting results by achieving hiring goals and pipeline quality.
• Partner with HR and managers to understand hiring needs and onboarding processes.
• Establish relationships with real estate schools, associations, and candidates.
• Stay informed about market trends and talent movements to position the company.
• Promote the company’s values and opportunities through social media and events.
• Represent the company in local market through networking and outreach.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and provide insights to senior management.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
