Qualifications

• Executive search or agency recruiting experience.
• Real estate recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches with attention to detail and consistent follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Partner with experienced search consultants to execute retained real estate searches.
• Identify, engage, and assess candidates for roles across acquisitions, asset management, development, construction, capital markets, finance, and operations.
• Build relationships with real estate professionals and guide candidates through the search process.
• Develop sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, and prepare candidate presentations.
