Job summary

HomeServices of America is seeking a seasoned real estate recruiter to attract and hire high-performing agents across assigned markets. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, assess cultural fit, and align sourcing strategies with growth objectives.

You will build relationships with schools, associations, and candidates, monitor market trends, and promote the employer brand through events and social media. Travel within the footprint is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and work experience.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience (within the real estate industry strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated success recruiting high-performing sales talent.
• Experience using Courted, recruiting software

Responsibilities

• Execute and adapt established recruitment strategies to attract new and experienced real estate agents.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for real estate agents and conduct interviews.
• Drive recruiting results by achieving hiring goals and improving pipeline quality.
• Partner with HR and managers to understand hiring needs and onboarding.
• Establish relationships with real estate schools and industry associations.
• Stay informed about market trends and talent movements to position the company as an employer of choice.
• Promote the company values and career opportunities via social media and events.
• Represent the company in local markets through networking and outreach.
