Manage opportunities from initial contact through onboarding while building strong relationships with prospective agents, team leaders, and company leadership in a remote work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Attract qualified real estate professionals and teams.
• Conduct career consultations with prospective agents.
• Deliver presentations communicating value proposition, compensation plans, technology, support systems, culture, and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships through networking, referrals, social media, events, prospecting activities, and company-provided leads.
• Consistently follow up with prospective agents throughout the exploration process.
• Utilize video conferencing and digital tools to conduct consultations and presentations.
• Represent the company professionally at recruiting events and functions.
