You will develop pipelines, interview candidates, and build relationships with schools and associations. The role requires at least 5 years of recruiting experience in real estate, a Bachelor's degree, travel within the footprint, and a strong track record of delivering qualified hires in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and work experience.
• 5+ years’ recruiting experience required (within the real estate industry strongly preferred).
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms, and ability to build candidate networks.

Responsibilities

• Execute and adapt recruitment strategies to attract real estate agents and maintain a continuous pipeline.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for real estate agents, conduct interviews, assess cultural fit and potential contributions.
• Drive results by meeting hiring goals, improving pipeline quality, and supporting workforce growth objectives.
• Build strong relationships with HR, managers, schools, associations to source candidates.
