The Real Estate Project Manager supports the project team by handling real estate transactions, title work, and coordination with title firms to keep milestones on schedule.

The role emphasizes ALTA surveys, title commitments, purchase options, and closings, with cross-department collaboration. Hybrid/remote Kansas City HQ with broad remote eligibility.

Competenze

• 10+ years in real estate or title insurance fields.
• Preference for real estate project management or real estate legal experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Preference for barred/licensed real estate attorneys.

Mansioni

• Manage all real estate activities in mid to late-stage project development.
• Analyze title commitments and chain of title; inform team of risks and resolve issues.
• Review and analyze ALTA surveys with title companies and stakeholders.
• Identify and procure crossing consents; negotiate per policy.
• Coordinate exercise of purchase options; lead closings and obtain approvals.
• Engage appraisers, land agents, and surveyors as needed.
• Collaborate with Real Estate Asset Risk Manager on mineral ownership reports; take title curative measures.
• Meet interdepartmentally to solve real estate obstacles.
• Draft amendments, access agreements, crossing consents, or other site control documents.
