Job summary

Hanwha Renewables is seeking a Senior Manager of Real Estate to lead all title and real estate matters across the US development pipeline for renewable energy projects. The role reports to the Director of Real Estate and offers remote work with standard business hours.

You will manage title, endorsements, easements, lease reviews, and due diligence in collaboration with legal, finance, and project teams. Travel up to 15% and strong drafting skills are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Ten years of real estate paralegal or title company experience.
• 8+ years of title and survey, leasing, and real estate transactions.
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience.
• Experience with real estate development projects, especially renewable energy.
• Proficient in drafting and reviewing real estate and title documents.
• Experience reviewing title work and surveys.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred? (not required)

Responsibilities

• Manage all real estate matters for renewable energy projects.
• Oversee title searches, proforma negotiations, and endorsements for closings.
• Maintain title insurance company relationships.
• Review ALTA surveys.
• Cure title matters with consultants and legal support.
• Prepare and review leases and exercise options.
• Obtain easements and crossing agreements with project developers.
• Assist commercial, finance, and legal teams in due diligence.
• Prepare real estate data room and coordinate title documents.
• Negotiate with title companies and obtain policies/endorsements.
