Job summary

SOLV Energy is a national leader in infrastructure services for the power industry, delivering solar, storage, and high-voltage projects. The Senior Contracts Manager will lead commercial strategy, negotiation, and risk management across customer, supplier, and partner agreements.

This role can be fully remote or hybrid with regular in-office presence. You will collaborate with executive leadership, legal, and operations to optimize profitability while mitigating risk, in a fast-paced renewable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible contract management or related experience.
• Experience negotiating high‑value customer service, subcontract, master service, and strategic contracts.
• Experience in utility-scale renewables, EPC, or industrial services preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic contract leadership, negotiation, and administration of complex agreements.
• Identify and mitigate commercial, financial, compliance, and regulatory risks throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, Finance, and Legal to align terms with objectives.
• Evaluate terms, liquidated damages, and pricing structures for profitability.
• Drive process improvements and standard operating procedures for contract management.
