Job summary

AES Corporation's US Renewables & Power team seeks a Real Estate Analyst to support development of solar, wind, thermal and energy storage projects across the United States. Reporting to a Real Estate Senior Manager, you will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to advance project real estate activities.

This role offers broad exposure to development lifecycle, title, land data, GIS integration, and cross-functional teamwork in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of real estate principles and industry practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in real estate development or renewable energy is preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP, GIS, and Google Earth.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support all real estate aspects of project development, construction, and financing.
• Coordinate surveys, site plan reviews, and title insurance with lenders and owners.
• Maintain land data and integrate with GIS platforms.
• Route and approve vendor invoices through SAP Fiori.
• Manage site control agreements and title-related documents.
• Review title reports and develop title curative strategies.
• Collaborate with title companies, brokers, surveyors, and AES teammates to mitigate risk.
• Engage with external partners and support project financing outcomes.
