Job summary

Credit Union of Texas is seeking a Real Estate Processor III to own mortgage files from receipt to closing. You will serve as the borrower's primary contact, coordinate with underwriters, closers, and third-party vendors, and ensure files are complete and compliant.

The role uses Encompass and related analytics tools to review documents, verify data, and manage the pipeline, while applying sound judgment to deliver a timely, high-quality borrower experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of real estate lending experience.
• Experience with Encompass is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in TRID/RESPA, ECOA, HMDA, and investor guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage mortgage loan files from receipt through closing.
• Coordinate with underwriters, closers, sales staff, and vendors.
• Review packages for completeness and accuracy prior to underwriting.
• Maintain pipeline and document status to ensure on-time closings.
• Communicate with borrowers and partners, resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance and documentation standards are met.
