Oregon State Credit Union seeks a Mortgage Loan Processor II to guide real estate loans from application to funding. You will obtain/verify documents, prepare underwriting files, and coordinate with members, loan officers, underwriters, and partners to ensure a smooth lending experience.

Responsibilities include tracking loan progress, maintaining accurate files, and delivering exceptional member service while following policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years real estate lending experience.
• Experience with secondary market investor guidelines preferred.
• Customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and review supporting documentation.
• Prepare files for underwriting review.
• Track loans through the process and monitor pipelines.
• Make Home Equity decisions within authority and ensure timely closings.
