Job summary

Credit-Union-of-Texas is seeking a Real Estate Processor III to manage mortgage loan files from receipt through closing, acting as the borrower's main contact during processing. You will coordinate with lenders, sales staff, underwriters, closers, and third-party vendors to ensure complete, accurate, and compliant files.

The role emphasizes using Encompass and TML tools with human-in-the-loop judgment to drive on-time closings and a superior borrower experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of real estate lending experience.
• Working knowledge of Conventional (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), Government (FHA, VA), and Texas Home Equity lending.
• Proficiency with Encompass and Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Assume primary responsibility for mortgage loan file and documentation from receipt through closing.
• Manage files through Encompass milestones to meet the scheduled closing date.
• Coordinate with borrowers, sales staff, underwriters, closers, and third-party vendors.
• Review submission packages for completeness and accuracy prior to underwriter review.
• Maintain a pipeline management system to track file status and required documentation.
• Provide proactive, timely communication and document interactions.
