Job summary

UBank in Texas is seeking a Real Estate Processor to ensure commercial loans secured by real estate are processed and closed in accordance with approved terms and bank policies. You will review approvals, entity documents, collateral due diligence, and closing documents to identify items before funding.

Work closely with Lenders, Lending Assistants, and other stakeholders to finalize closings, maintain loan status, and ensure timely funding while upholding confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial real estate loan closings and due diligence.
• Knowledge of lending policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Ability to prioritize multiple loans and deadlines with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process and review complex commercial loan closings from submission through initial funding.
• Review CRE loans, construction loans, lines of credit, renewals and modifications.
• Monitor loan status and ensure closing requirements are met.
• Verify required approvals and coordinate with lending team.
• Collect and analyze due diligence including entity docs, UCC searches, appraisals, insurance and title.
• Coordinate execution of loan documents and initial funding.
