Job summary

Qualifications
- AA degree required with 4+ years mortgage lending experience.
- Knowledge of Federal and State laws and mortgage regulators.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities
- Prepare data and documents to support underwriter decisions from application to final approval.
- Ensure accuracy of loan documents and data input from credit reports to appraisals.
- Identify and escalate potential delays to underwriters/managers to meet closing timelines.
- Communicate loan status clearly with originators, underwriters, and closers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
