Qualifications

• HSD or GED is required.
• Two years of applicable experience required.
• Knowledge of basic lending procedures and real estate processes preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard business software.

Responsibilities

• Review real estate loan applications for completeness and compliance with policies.
• Prepare Loan Estimates and Closing Disclosures per regulations.
• Coordinate with loan officers, appraisers, and title companies.
• Post-closing duties including funding and file organization.
• Ensure timely closing and maintain accurate documentation.
