Job summary

San Francisco Federal Credit Union is seeking a Loan Processor Specialist at our Golden Gate Branch in San Francisco. The role supports GoGreen, HomeSolutions, and Indirect Auto lending programs, ensuring accurate processing, funding, and administration of loans while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a consumer lending environment, including loan processing, boarding, funding, and servicing activities.
• Knowledge of MeridianLink, LoanStar, Corelation Keystone, or similar loan origination and core Processing Systems preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of consumer lending practices, loan documentation requirements, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with members, contractors, merchants, dealers, and colleagues at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process consumer loan applications for GoGreen, HomeSolutions, and Indirect Auto lending programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.
• Monitor and manage loan pipelines, digital lending workflows, processing queues, servicing inboxes, and funding activities to meet SLAs and production goals.
• Provide professional phone and email support to members, contractors, merchants, dealers, and internal partners, including handling escalated inquiries and gathering required loan documentation.
• Collaborate with underwriters, lending staff, merchants, dealers, and business partners to resolve application issues, satisfy loan conditions, and facilitate timely loan funding and portfolio administration.
• Maintain strong relationships with Home Lending Solutions merchants, GoGreen partners, and indirect auto dealers to support program performance and portfolio growth.
