You will partner with experienced search consultants, identify top candidates, and manage multiple searches with strong attention to detail.

You will source, assess, and present candidates while building relationships with real estate professionals to guide them through the search process and deliver high-quality

We’re looking for a relationship-driven recruiter to help execute retained searches for senior professionals and executives across the real estate industry.

20/20 Foresight is a national executive search and talent advisory firm with more than 30 years of experience specializing in real estate, financial services, and professional services.

What you’ll do:

• Partner with experienced search consultants to execute retained real estate searches.
• Identify, engage, and assess candidates for roles across acquisitions, asset management, development, construction, capital markets, finance, and operations.
• Build relationships with real estate professionals and guide candidates through the search process.
• Develop sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, and prepare candidate presentations.

What we’re looking for:
