This fully remote role focuses on identifying and placing top-tier executive talent nationwide, managing high-stakes searches with exclusivity and discretion.

You will build strategic relationships with C-suite clients and candidates, conduct market mapping, assess candidates, and negotiate complex compensation packages while delivering exceptional

Qualificações

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in executive search.
• Proven success hiring for C-suite, VP, and Director roles across industries.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and conducting assessments.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex searches remotely and independently.
• Master's degree or MBA is highly preferred.
