Qualifications

• Extensible industry experience: 10+ years in commercial real estate development, construction, BD, brokerage, or related field.
• Proven business development track record identifying, originating, pursuing, and securing significant opportunities.
• Established industry network with owners, developers, brokers, tenants, investors, lenders, architects, and officials.
• Strong development and deal acumen including valuation, financing, costs, structures and risk.
• Executive-level relationship and leadership abilities to engage sophisticated clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and pursue high-value real estate development and commercial construction opportunities aligned with growth strategy.
• Leverage and expand an established network of industry relationships including owners, developers, brokers, tenants, healthcare groups, architects, engineers, lenders, investors, municipalities, and other key decision-makers.
• Create opportunities before they reach open market or bidding, positioning the company as preferred developer, GC, CM, or strategic partner.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline from initial introduction through pursuit, negotiation, preconstruction, to project hand-off.
• Identify and evaluate land, redevelopment, build-to-suit, and tenant-driven opportunities with market and financial viability.
• Cultivate tenants, users, investors, and strategic partners capable of anchoring projects and generating repeat business.
• Lead senior-level BD efforts including client meetings, pursuits, presentations, negotiations with owners and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate opportunities and structure transactions.
• Serve as senior ambassador in real estate and construction circles to strengthen market presence and relationships.
• Drive growth through high-quality, relationship-driven opportunities and long-term profitability.
