Job summary

Foundry Commercial is seeking a Senior Development Manager focused on Senior Living assets to guide development from concept through occupancy. You will partner with the Development and Investment team and other groups to evaluate, pitch and propose owner representative services for real estate projects.

You should bring 7–10 years of senior living development and construction experience, strong presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7–10 years of related experience with senior living focus.
• Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business and construction documents.
• Strong presentation and persuasive communication skills for client and internal stakeholders.
• Budgeting, scheduling and risk assessment across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the development process (pre-development, entitlements, design, construction, occupancy).
• Coordinate with consultants, brokers, vendors, and contractors.
• Interface with operations to define project requirements and priorities.
• Establish work plans, deadlines and resource needs for multiple projects.
• Create persuasive presentations to meet objectives and win buy-in.
• Track project progress against goals, timelines and budgets; generate status reports.
• Monitor expenses to ensure adherence to budgets.
• Lead project teams with direction and mentorship.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners across locations.
