Job summary

Colliers is seeking an experienced real estate professional in Utah to lead business development and grow a local book of clients. You will work with senior brokers on joint transactions and leverage Colliers' platform to secure opportunities across retail, multifamily, office or industrial sectors.

You must have an active Utah real estate license, 6+ years of CRE sales experience, and a proven ability to prospect, network, and manage high-value client relationships in a collaborative

Qualifications

• Licensed Real Estate professional with the State of Utah and CRE brokerage experience.
• Proven track record in business development, prospecting and client outreach.
• Ability to grow a book of business and manage relationships with top-tier clients.

Responsibilities

• Secure new and expanding business opportunities in retail, multifamily, office or industrial sectors.
• Leverage Colliers' platform, marketing, research and resources to develop clients.
• Partner with senior brokers for business development and joint transactions.
• Maintain and grow relationships with clients in the Salt Lake City area.
