• Bachelor's degree required with 7+ years related experience.
• Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business and construction documents.
• Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles; persuasive presentations to stakeholders.
• Forecasting and budget preparation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages all phases of project development from pre-development to occupancy and budgeting.
• Communicates effectively with consultants, brokers, vendors, design professionals and contractors.
• Interfaces with clients to define project requirements and establishes work plans and deadlines.
• Creates persuasive presentations that meet project objectives and tracks progress vs. goals.
• Monitors expenses to ensure adherence to budgets and reports status to stakeholders.
• Leads project design, construction and occupancy efforts; provides direction to project teams.
