Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners seeks a Real Estate Development, Sr. Manager to lead the full development process for multifamily projects—from feasibility analysis and acquisition to design, financing, construction, leasing and close‑out.

The role requires coordinating with internal teams and external consultants, managing budgets and schedules, negotiating financing, and guiding teams to deliver affordable, high‑quality communities that meet residents’ needs and drive impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MS or related is preferred.
• 3–5 years of multifamily development experience.
• Experience with LIHTC and affordable housing financing; knowledge of public financing and land use.

Responsibilities

• Analyze properties for purchase, create pro formas, and manage due diligence.
• Lead debt and equity financing applications and prepare budgets.
• Coordinate with design, construction, and asset management teams.
• Oversee lease-up, scheduling, and close-out processes.
