Job summary

Enterprise seeks a Senior Real Estate Development Manager to guide multiple affordable housing projects from feasibility through close-out. You’ll manage budgets, coordinate with lenders and public agencies, and lead a team of architects, engineers, and consultants to deliver high-quality communities.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years in multifamily development, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment. A Master’s degree or related advanced credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• MBA/MS/MURP/MCP or similar preferred.
• Experience with multi-family development and financing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze development opportunities from feasibility to close-out and manage timelines.
• Coordinate with lenders, investors, and consultants to secure financing.
• Lead budgeting, pro forma analyses, and entitlement processes.
• Supervise development team and ensure timely project milestones.
• Prepare quarterly updates and board materials.
