Enterprise Community Partners in the United States seeks an Asset Manager, Real Estate Equity to oversee a portfolio of restricted affordable housing and workforce housing investments, conducting site visits and in-depth financial reviews to ensure execution of business plans and maintenance of fund performance.

The role requires coordinating with General Partners, lenders, regulatory agencies, and internal teams to optimize dispositions, monitor ESG priorities, and support affordable housing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in real estate, finance, accounting or related field.
• Strong financial analysis skills are required.
• Familiarity with loan documents, partnership agreements, contracts and other legal documents is required.
• Knowledge of real estate and LIHTC are required.

Responsabilités

• Manage real estate portfolio of approximately 15-20 properties for which Enterprise provides asset management for Real Estate Equity funds.
• Identify, communicate and mitigate risks via reporting tools and site visits.
• Review and evaluate monthly property performance against proforma and budget.
• Coordinate efforts with General Partners/Sponsors, funders and regulators to modify business plans as needed.
• Negotiate problem-resolution strategies with General Partners, lenders and public-sector entities.
• Interface with Asset Management and Investment Committees to provide portfolio updates.
