Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners, Inc. seeks an Asset Manager, Real Estate Equity to oversee a portfolio of restricted affordable housing and workforce housing investments. You will perform site visits, financial reviews, and workouts to ensure business plans execute while protecting investor returns.

You’ll lead dispositions and support ESG and affordability initiatives. The role requires 5-7+ years in real estate/financing, a Bachelor’s degree, and flexibility to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years’ experience with real estate, housing programs, finance, accounting or property management.
• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, accounting or related field.
• Strong financial analysis and knowledge of LIHTC.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Manage real estate portfolio of approximately 15-20 properties for Real Estate Equity funds.
• Identify and mitigate risks via reporting with General Partners/Sponsors, property managers, and on-site visits.
• Analyze monthly property performance vs proforma and budget; provide feedback to partners and internal teams.
• Coordinate with General Partners, funders and regulators to modify plans and accelerate dispositions.
• Draft disposition memos and refinance analyses with leadership input.
• Support ESG, rent and affordability monitoring, and climate risk mitigation efforts.
