Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in property management, leasing, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel; ability to learn new applications quickly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and attractive living environment for residents.
• Assist in sales/marketing activities to achieve occupancy goals.
• Process rents, monitor delinquencies, and maintain records.
• Provide direction to team in absence of Property Manager.
• Support Resident Services initiatives and community events.
• Prepare and distribute operational/financial reports.
