Qualifications

• Advanced Excel with complex formulas, pivot tables and multi-sheet models.
• Strong grasp of accounting and finance principles and how they flow through financial statements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deliverables, and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain multi-year pro formas, including cash flows, equity returns, and licensing revenues.
• Model multi-family development pro formas with hard/soft costs, financing, and ownership structures.
• Build financial comparisons across JV structures and co-investment scenarios for negotiations.
• Model development fee accrual and revenue recognition in line with milestones.
• Track JV portfolio performance across lifecycle stages from pre-financing to exit.
• Analyze earnings, equity valuation changes, and impairment considerations for reporting.
• Analyze external financing structures and terms, and assess impact on returns.
• Support capital-raising with financial cases and return scenarios for potential co-investors.
• Design dashboards and reports tracking portfolio performance and pipeline.
• Forecast, budget, and scenario analysis for the Finance/Property Development team.
