Job summary

LHH is seeking a Development Senior Analyst to support the financial management of large-scale development and construction projects in Atlanta. This role provides direct exposure to Finance, Development, Construction, and Executive Leadership teams.

You will help manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow while analyzing performance and risks to inform strategic decisions across multimillion-dollar capital projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Financial Analysis, FP&A, Project Finance, Development Finance, Construction Finance, Commercial Real Estate, or Capital Projects experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and variance reporting.
• Ability to communicate financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience supporting development, construction, infrastructure, real estate, or capital-intensive projects is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections across a portfolio of active developments.
• Analyze project performance, cost trends, and financial risks.
• Prepare executive-level reporting and variance analysis for leadership teams.
• Review contracts, financing agreements, and project documentation.
