Jobot is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive analysis for a growing Real Estate Development platform. You’ll build multi‑year pro formas, model development economics, and support JV and financing decisions.

You’ll partner with Property Development, Finance, JV partners, and leadership to shape strategy, monitor performance, and enable scalable growth. On‑site role with a strong compensation package and career progression.

Qualifications

• Extensive, advanced Excel experience with complex formulas, pivots, and multi‑sheet modeling.
• Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles and how transactions affect financial statements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial or business analysis, real estate development, capital markets, or investment analysis.
• Familiarity with CRE development pro formas, debt structures, and permanent financing terms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain multi‑year pro formas for development opportunities, including cash flows, equity returns, and licensing revenues.
• Model multi‑family development pro formas with hard/soft costs, financing structures, and long‑term holds.
• Analyze JV structures, equity ownership, and co‑investment scenarios for partnerships.
• Model development fee accrual and revenue recognition aligned with milestones and contracts.
• Track portfolio performance across JVs from pre‑financing to exit and report findings to leadership.
• Support capex, forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis for the Property Development platform.
