Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–5 years of FP&A experience within real estate or private equity.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with three-statement financial modeling.
• Understanding of real estate investment metrics (IRR, NPV, equity multiples).
• Strong communication skills for presenting to senior leadership.
• CPA, CFA, or advanced degree is a plus.
• Yardi or similar enterprise performance systems experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain financial models for corporate and portfolio decisions.
• Perform cash flow analysis, earnings forecasts, and three-statement modeling.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Analyze IRR, NPV, equity multiples, and investment returns.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities and risks in portfolios.
• Support operating budgets and real estate pro forma analyses.
• Monitor debt covenant compliance.
• Prepare executive and investor-level presentations and reports.
• Collaborate with leaders to communicate financial opportunities and challenges.
• Improve reporting and analytics using Yardi and other financial systems.

We are partnering with a growing and entrepreneurial real estate organization looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst to its Corporate Finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3–5 years of real estate or private equity finance experience who wants broader exposure to corporate strategy, portfolio performance, forecasting, and senior leadership.

You’ll work closely with the SVP of Corporate Finance and have visibility across the organization, including the CEO, CFO, accounting, operations, legal, and divisional leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models supporting corporate and portfolio decision-making
• Perform cash flow analysis, earnings forecasting, and three-statement financial modeling
• Lead budget, forecast, and variance analysis
• Analyze IRR, NPV, equity multiples, and investment returns
• Monitor asset and portfolio KPIs and identify opportunities and risks
• Support operating budgets and real estate pro forma analysis
• Monitor current and future debt covenant compliance
• Prepare executive- and investor-level presentations and operating reports
• Partner with business leaders to communicate significant financial opportunities and challenges
• Help improve reporting and analytics through Yardi and other financial systems

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3–5 years of FP&A experience within real estate or private equity
