Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or Master's preferred.
• 5–10 years of finance experience, including real estate experience (required).
• Strong financial modeling skills, including sensitivity analysis, pivot tables, and advanced Excel.
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) in analysis and modeling a plus.
• High attention to detail and strong quality control.
• Clear communicator who can manage multiple projects against tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Pull, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to build reliable financial and operating metrics.
• Build and maintain financial models, including budget templates and variance analysis.
• Analyze strategic decisions such as hold/sell, land development, and debt defeasance.
• Track debt financing terms and performance across the portfolio.
• Prepare clear, accurate reporting materials, including quarterly reports for leadership.
• Evaluate performance across the company's integrated business units.
• Partner with senior team members on special projects and ad hoc analysis.
