SpectrumCareers is seeking a Financial Analyst to join a premier real estate platform with multi-state retail and mixed-use assets. You will work directly with Asset Management, Leasing, Development, Construction, and Operations teams to turn data into strategy and drive value.

You will build cash flow models, evaluate acquisitions and redevelopments, and prepare investment materials for senior leadership, with strong growth potential in a collaborative, well-capitalized environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of financial analysis experience.
• Strong understanding of valuation concepts (IRR, NPV, DCF).
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and able to communicate insights to stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain sophisticated cash flow and valuation models.
• Analyze acquisitions, redevelopment projects, and leasing opportunities through an ownership lens.
• Develop pro formas for ground-up development and value-add initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders to identify revenue growth and NOI enhancement opportunities.
• Prepare investment and strategic planning materials for senior leadership.
• Conduct budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and portfolio performance reporting.
• Evaluate tenant financials and creditworthiness.
• Create and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and financial models.
• Support high-impact special projects that shape portfolio strategy.

We're partnering with one of the most respected owners, operators, and developers of high-quality retail and mixed-use real estate in the country to identify a Financial Analyst who thrives on turning data into strategy and uncovering value creation opportunities.

This is not a back-office reporting role. You'll work directly with Asset Management, Leasing, Development, Construction, and Operations teams to influence decisions across a multi-state portfolio of premier commercial real estate assets. From evaluating redevelopment projects and analyzing lease transactions to building investment committee materials and forecasting portfolio performance, you'll gain exposure to virtually every aspect of institutional real estate ownership.

Ideal Background

• 3-5 years of financial analysis experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
• Strong understanding of valuation concepts including IRR, NPV, discounted cash flow analysis, and financial ratios
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious
