You will collaborate across teams to automate data, improve models, and provide financial insights for development and portfolio management. The role involves analyzing data, building dashboards, and assisting in budgeting, reporting, and lender communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and analyze financial data.
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Internal Data and Platform Development: identify bottlenecks and automate processes.
• Develop data models and analytical frameworks with automation/AI insights.
• Develop bank pitches for development/permanent financing.
• Portfolio Management: assist budgeting and monthly/annual reporting.
• Coordinate with asset management and lenders; manage debt and insurance.
• Support development financing activities and bonding procurement.
