CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Counsel, Real Estate Development, to support complex real estate development, construction, and infrastructure transactions in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You will collaborate with Development, Finance, Tax, and Procurement teams to advance hyperscale data center projects across the United States.

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school and active admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 7+ years of relevant legal experience supporting commercial real estate development, construction, and infrastructure transactions.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial real estate agreements and construction-related agreements.
• Experience managing title, survey, zoning, land use, permitting, utility, entitlement, and related regulatory matters.
• Experience leading real estate due diligence processes and transaction closings.
• Experience advising on construction risk allocation, claims management, indemnities, warranties, and dispute resolution matters.
• Ability to manage outside counsel and balance legal risk with commercial business objectives.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with development, finance, operations, tax, and procurement teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide legal support across all phases of commercial real estate development and infrastructure projects, from site acquisition through construction and operational delivery.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate agreements, including purchase/sale, development, and site control documents.
• Draft, review, and negotiate construction and infrastructure agreements, including design/engineering, construction management, and contractor agreements.
• Advise on zoning, permitting, entitlement, land use, utility, and other regulatory matters impacting infrastructure development.
• Support transaction execution, due diligence, and closing processes across complex real estate and infrastructure matters.
• Advise on construction risk allocation, delays, claims management, indemnities, warranties, and dispute resolution matters.
• Partner cross-functionally with Development, Power, Operations, Finance, Tax, Procurement, and external stakeholders to support deployment and objectives.
• Manage outside counsel while balancing legal risk and commercial priorities.
• Help develop scalable legal templates, playbooks, and contracting processes to support CoreWeave’s growth.
