Job summary

CoreWeave, The Essential Cloud for AI, is seeking a Senior Counsel, Real Estate Development to partner on hyperscale data center projects across the United States. You will advise on commercial real estate, construction, due diligence, permits, and regulatory matters while shaping scalable contracting processes and templates.

Join a collaborative, fast-paced legal team reporting to the Managing Associate General Counsel.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school and active admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 7+ years of relevant legal experience supporting commercial real estate development, construction, and infrastructure transactions.
• Demonstrated experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial real estate agreements and construction-related agreements.
• Experience managing title, survey, zoning, land use, permitting, utility, entitlement, and related regulatory matters.
• Experience leading real estate due diligence processes and transaction closings.
• Experience advising on construction risk allocation, claims management, indemnities, warranties, and dispute resolution matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support across all phases of commercial real estate development and infrastructure projects, from site acquisition through construction and delivery.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate and development agreements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate construction and infrastructure agreements.
• Advise on zoning, permitting, entitlement, land use, and utility matters.
