Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Counsel, Real Estate Development to partner on hyperscale data center projects across the United States. You will advise on commercial real estate, construction and infrastructure agreements, and lead due diligence, permitting, and closing processes with cross‑functional teams.

This role requires a J.D., 7+ years of CRE experience, strong negotiation and risk management skills, and the ability to manage outside counsel.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and U.S. bar admission.
• 7+ years in commercial real estate development and infrastructure deals.
• Experience drafting complex CRE and construction agreements.
• Leading real estate due diligence, closings, and regulatory matters.
• Ability to manage outside counsel and balance legal risk with business objectives.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with development, finance, ops, tax, and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support across all phases of CRE development and infrastructure projects from site acquisition to delivery.
• Draft, review, and negotiate CRE agreements: purchase/sale, development, site control.
• Draft, review, and negotiate construction and infrastructure agreements.
• Advise on zoning, permitting, entitlement, land use, and utility matters.
• Support transaction execution, due diligence, and closings.
• Advise on construction risk allocation, delays, indemnities, and warranties.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Development, Power, Operations, Finance, Tax, Procurement.
• Manage outside counsel while balancing risk and commercial priorities.
• Help develop scalable contracting templates and playbooks.
