Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Counsel, Real Estate Development to support complex real estate development, construction, and infrastructure transactions across its expanding US data center portfolio. You will partner with Development, Construction, Data Center Operations, Finance, Tax, and Procurement to advance large-scale projects and manage risk.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school and active admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 7+ years of relevant legal experience in commercial real estate development, construction, and infrastructure transactions.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial real estate and construction-related agreements.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support across all phases of commercial real estate development and infrastructure projects from site acquisition through construction and delivery.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate agreements including purchase/sale and development agreements.
