Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a senior legal professional to structure, draft, and negotiate real estate transactions for its data center buildout. You will build a library of standard agreements and manage local counsel, coordinating with cross-functional teams to keep deals moving fast.

The role requires leading negotiations with sophisticated counterparties and advising executives on strategic legal and commercial considerations. A license in at least one jurisdiction is essential.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
• Autonomously structured, drafted, and negotiated complex commercial agreements as lead attorney.

Responsibilities

• Structure, draft, and negotiate real estate transactions for Fluidstack’s data center buildout.
• Build library of real estate form agreements and coordinate with local counsel.
• Run complex negotiations with sophisticated counterparties end to end.
• Manage outside counsel with rigorous scope, quality and spend.
• Coordinate with site selection, development, finance and delivery teams to avoid stalls.
• Advise business leaders as a strategic partner, preempting issues and proposing solutions.
