Qualifications

• 2+ years in a senior accounting role, preferably in construction.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in managing and maintaining a general ledger.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring budget adherence.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports detailing costs and forecasts.
• Manage the general ledger and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop budgets for Real Estate projects.
• Analyze data and make recommendations to improve profitability and cost-efficiency.
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
• Support year-end accounts preparation and statutory reporting.
• Provide financial guidance to management for strategic decisions.
