Job summary

Mobile Infrastructure Corporation, a Cincinnati-based real estate company, seeks a Senior Accountant to lead monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration with Accounting, Operations, and FP&A teams. This role drives data, automation, and process improvements to support growth.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in accounting, real estate a plus, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset in a rapidly changing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA or CPA candidacy preferred.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably real estate or public accounting.
• Experience using AI tools to automate processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Close monthly financials with journal entries, intercompany accounting, and reconciliations.
• Record and review property-level financial results.
• Support routine financial reporting and management decks.
• Own accounts receivable and collections with third-party partners.
