LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Accountant for a well-established real estate investment firm in Florida. You will own accounting and financial reporting for assigned projects, supporting development activities and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of accounting experience, strong GL/reporting skills, and real estate/project accounting background.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience in real estate or project accounting.
• Strong general ledger and financial reporting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting activities for assigned projects and entities.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and financial performance.
• Assist with cash flow analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Review invoices, expenses, and supporting documentation.
• Support financial reporting and year-end audit processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting accuracy.

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 base + discretionary bonus

A well-established real estate investment firm is seeking an Senior Accountant to join its growing accounting team. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of accounting and financial reporting activities while supporting a variety of real estate investment and development projects.

The ideal candidate has a strong accounting foundation, excellent analytical skills, and experience working in a real estate, construction, or project-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting activities for assigned projects and entities
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
