First Student in Cincinnati is seeking an experienced Senior Real Estate Attorney to support a broad portfolio across the United States. You will advise on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development matters, while aligning legal strategy with business objectives.

Qualificações

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Ohio.
• 5+ years of experience handling sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.
• Experience advising on litigation or managing outside counsel preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate agreements including leases and purchase agreements.
• Manage real estate transactions from due diligence to closing, including title, zoning, and environmental issues.
• Partner with leaders on acquisitions, divestitures, mergers involving real estate assets.
• Serve as primary legal partner to Real Estate team and provide business-minded counsel.
• Advise on property management, landlord-tenant matters, regulatory compliance.
• Review and negotiate broad range of commercial contracts (vendor NDAs, SaaS, licensing).
