Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel – Bank Real Estate to support Enterprise Workplace Services across complex real estate transactions, leases, acquisitions, and related risk management.

You will draft, review, and negotiate ground leases, office and retail leases, and related documents, advise senior business partners, and manage outside counsel. Cincinnati, Ohio based with a competitive total rewards package.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and state bar admission.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in real estate/banking law.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide legal support across the real estate lifecycle, including leases and acquisitions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate ground leases and related documents.
• Interpret real estate agreements and advise on operational and property-level matters.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across real estate, construction, design, facilities, and risk.
• Manage outside counsel and high-volume transactions with deadlines.
