Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate required and active bar membership.
• Legal experience in real estate transactional matters preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate documents including leases, amendments, estoppels, sale agreements, easements, and other documents.
• Provide counsel to Real Estate Department and field operations on real estate matters.
• Coordinate real estate due diligence for M&A with internal teams and outside counsel.
• Manage title and survey reviews and resolve title issues in acquisitions, dispositions, and leases.
• Oversee landlord-tenant disputes and real estate controversies; coordinate with outside counsel.

Education

Juris Doctorate (J. D.) from an accredited law school

Active member in good standing in at least one State bar
