Ability to advise and communicate effectively with senior management and internal clients.

Responsibilities

Provide legal support across the real estate lifecycle: ground leases, acquisitions, dispositions, office and ATM leases.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex leases and related documents; advise on risk and business terms.
Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements and related dispositions documents.
Interpret real estate agreements and advise on operations, construction, and property-level matters.
Collaborate with stakeholders on branch acquisitions, relocations, and renovations.
