Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support across the real estate lifecycle, including ground leases and office leases.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex leases and related documents.
• Draft purchase/sale agreements and related acquisition documents.
• Interpret real estate agreements and advise on operational and property risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on acquisitions, relocations, and closures.
• Manage outside counsel and high-volume transactions with deadlines.
